Ten on Tuesday (105)

November 8, 2011

Once again, questions are provided by me. They will keep being random questions until you send me a batch of questions.

1. What’s your favorite television show  for each day of the week?
Sunday – The Next Iron Chef
Monday – Castle
Tuesday – Parenthood
Wednesday – Modern Family
Thursday – The Big Bang Theory
Friday – no idea
Saturday – The Food Network… anything

2. How many times do you wear your jeans before you watch them?
It depends. It used to be twice but now that Jansen is walking and eating solid food, I tend to get nasty soggy cracker on them. They get gross and crusty and washed after every wear.

3. What is your favorite pasta shape?
I like all pasta shapes. I’m an equal opportunity pasta eater. Stephen isn’t a fan of spaghetti though, so I rarely buy that shape.

4. Do you read newspapers?
No. I just get the coupons from my parents.

5. Do you sleep in socks?
Never. Sometimes I get in bed with socks on and I think it’s a good idea since I’m cold. That lasts about 7 minutes and then I tear them off in a claustrophobic panic and throw them on the ground… usually on my dog.

6. Favorite genre of movies?
Romantic comedies.

7. How do you feel about wrestling?
I think it’s dumb and I don’t understand it. This in reference to the “high school” type wresting with the leotards and the “breaking chairs” type wresting.

8. Should men pluck their eyebrows?
Not for form and beautification, but for maintenance YES. If there are hairs between your eyebrows, get rid of them. If any of your eyebrow hairs are long enough to braid, YES.

9. Do you have dimples?
Sadly no. I love dimples.

10. Do you like to camp?
Absolutely not. I like air conditioning, comfy beds, kitchens, toilets, showers, and no bugs.

Link up.

    I wish I had dimples too. :(

You see, I really like the randomness of your questions so it doesn’t make me want to rush off and think of 10 questions. That said, I might give it a whirl sometime soon.

    1. I don’t watch anything on a regular basis. With a nine-year-old who stays up too late it’s impossible to find something appropriate.
We watched Toy Story last night. ;)

    2. Depends. Probably twice. Three times if I’ve just been around the house. Plus I only have two pairs of jeans I can wear. That’s it. No other pants that aren’t dressy. I need to go shopping.

    3. Farfalle

    4. I don’t subscribe, but when i have one, yes. I mainly like the crossword and sudoku puzzles.

    5. Never! Too hot natured.

    6. Romantic comedies and dramas

    7. I like high school type wrestling, but the fake professional stuff makes me want to barf.

    8. No. Trim them with scissors.

9.Um. Sort of. My face is kind of fat now. But my kids have dimples and they got it from me.

    10. LOVE IT! Give me a tent and some wood for a fire and I’m good.

I pinky promise to try and come up with some questions for you on my DRIVE TO HOUSTON on Friday. PS Respond to my email , yo! I’m starting to develop a complex that you don’t want me to come see you after all.

#5 made me laugh because I am the EXACT same way. I don’t even think I can last 5 minutes and the claustrophobic panic sets in.

  • 6. Carley  |  November 8, 2011 at 7:51 am

I’m the same way about sleeping in socks. I can’t sleep if I have socks on.

  • 7. Autumn @ One Boy And Two Cats  |  November 8, 2011 at 9:06 am

It’s important that you know, that because of you and one or two other bloggers I decided to start watching Castle and I am now religiously avoiding my homework to try and catch up!! Ughh soooo goooodddd. I’m like halfway through Season 2 and I JUST WANT BECKETT AND CASTLE to get together already! Sheeesh. My mom is all caught up and watches the episodes as they air, so I have to avoid my living room on those nights in case something slips. I want it all to be a surprise!

  • 12. Aubrey  |  November 8, 2011 at 12:17 pm

“I’m an equal opportunity pasta eater.” -my thoughts exactly!

  • 13. Katie  |  November 8, 2011 at 12:30 pm

Love romantic comedies too! I am so on board with the no socks in bed! I can’t stand it!! I thought I was the only one!

  • 14. Lexilotta  |  November 8, 2011 at 12:47 pm

Nobody likes socks in bed. I tried it once, never gonna try again. Sweaty feet all over the place….

  • 15. Ashley  |  November 8, 2011 at 2:38 pm

I love dimples too, and sadly do not have them either :(

  • 16. laura  |  November 8, 2011 at 2:54 pm

I’m glad we feel the same way about eyebrows!

  • 17. Eliza Wynn  |  November 8, 2011 at 3:10 pm

I’m not really into spaghetti. For that general shape, I prefer spaghettini or maybe angel hair.

  • 18. E  |  November 8, 2011 at 3:29 pm

Sometimes men just need to trim their eyebrow hairs. The really long hairs are scary!

  • 19. Teacher Girl  |  November 8, 2011 at 10:26 pm

I wish I had dimples too!

  • 20. Bailey  |  November 8, 2011 at 11:28 pm

  • 21. Cait  |  November 8, 2011 at 11:33 pm

I’m so behind on Castle! But I love it so much. Reading everyone’s answers this week, I feel like nobody can sleep with socks on.

  • 22. Stacie  |  November 9, 2011 at 1:25 pm

I can’t understand why some people don’t like pasta, or a certain kind. I would eat every single shape, every single day for the rest of my life if I knew I wouldn’t weigh 600lbs at the end of it. Mmmm, pasta.

I dated a guy who would get his eyebrows waxed. He was also a much better dresser than me….goes with the territory, I guess.

  • 23. Lauren from Texas  |  November 15, 2011 at 9:28 am

42 people before 8:30am?!?! Awesome! I thought I’d be early to the gathering but it looks like I’m late to my own party!
