The Cardboard Box Diet: Week 2

It's week two of the Cardboard Diet. More accurately, it's the second week I'm blogging about the Cardboard Diet. It is not the second week it has been happening, nor has it been two full weeks of working out and eating right. But I think we all know that you're just not going to find that behavior around here.

On with it. Visit Lauren to link up or read her post.

Weigh-In
Okay I lied last week. I didn't weigh myself. I will I will I will! I just need to find out where our scale is…

Exercise Completed
I did one Netflix Instant yoga and one Netflix Instant Pilates. My sister is living with us so I do it with her. I actually haven't done the pilates yet, but I'm doing it when I schedule this post. BUT IT STILL COUNTS since it is done before this posts. I will share my pilates thoughts and feelings with you

next week.

Splurge/Guilty Pleasure
I had a ChickFilA meal for lunch one day this week and ate every single bite. I had a sugary sweet tea with it. And it was good. Also, see the photo section.

Success Story
I have been drinking LOTS of water. Yes y'all, water is my success. Your success is running 3 miles. Mine is water drinking. Deal with it.

Recipes
The reason I've been drinking so much water is because I've been making flavored water. I bought this awesome pitcher at Target that has a diffuser in it. I've made three wonderful flavors: strawberry mint, cucumber lime, and raspberry mint. I know that's not really a recipe, but it's a good idea and I highly recommend it. It makes water more exciting!

Yay for working out…and avoiding Cracker Barrel. You did avoid it, didn’t you?

Did the recipes for the flavored water come with the pitcher? Can you share them? I hate to drink water, too. I have to force it down. Nothing worse than forcing yourself to eat or drink something you hate. Ask my kids about those veggies. ;)

Drinking water IS a success. And that pitcher sounds really neat. A woman in my homegroup brings this huge gallon sized mason jar with her every where. It’s just water, whatever herbs she was feeling that day, lemon slices and other fruits like blueberries and such. She swears by it! It’s her way of getting used to water and it looks beautiful!

Ugh. I had an entire Chickfila meal with sweet tea TWICE last week. It was SO good, but wow did I regret it later. Great job on your water!! I am trying to up my water intake as well!

Love Cracker Barrell breakfasts! Seriously, drinking water is a success. Way to be proud of it!

You’ve inspired me to go buy that pitcher from Target. Flavored water with fruit has to be healthier than crystal light. Thanks!
