I’ve lost a total of 5 pounds since the beginning of the diet. Actually, let me reword that. I have lost 5 pounds since the beginning of the lifestyle change. I’m not sad about that. Have I noticed a difference in my body? No. But that’s okay.
I should start skipping this question. Again, I really don’t have much of an excuse except that I’m lazy. And any spare time I have is spent on my computer or with a Harry Potter book in my hands. Maybe now that I’m done with with HP, I will work out. Let’s all cross our fingers.
I eat PopTarts for breakfast. Have we ever discussed that? Well I eat one PopTart for breakfast. Sometimes I eat the other one for snack, sometimes I eat it the next day for breakfast.
I think my eating habits have gotten on the right track. Well kind of. I will never, ever, EVER be the kind of girl that doesn’t eat butter or fast food or cookies. But I’ve been good about taking my lunch to work (aside from Thursdays when we order
the $3.50 enchilada plate from the local Mexican restaurant, but that didn’t count because that’s just fiscal responsibility) and our dinners are pretty darn healthy.
I don’t really have one. Boring.
I really need to get better about taking pictures of my food. I really need to get better about all of this CBDiet stuff. Maybe next week?
