The Friday List Thing

My dad goes my “Gramps” to his grandkids. Jansen can’t say that word, it’s pretty hard. Instead he calls him “Poots.” It’s hilarious and I love it!

For the past couple of weeks, my car has been hesitating when I start it. Last night it finally crapped out. We’re taking it in today. Let’s all just cross our fingers and toes that it is just the battery, not the alternator. Finger. Toes. Crossed. Now.

I haven’t read Harry Potter since Sunday. I miss those kids. What am I going to do when I’m done with the series? Maybe if I never start book seven, then I never have to be done.

I have been fighting a migraine off and on since Tuesday. I hate it. It’s been rainy here in Houston so I’m sure that has a lot to do with it. The good thing is that I have good drugs now. Good drugs are very important to migraine management.

My friend Molly’s son just got glasses. He’s two. If you know me, you know that I have a special place in my heart for little kids in glasses. I got glasses when I was two because I was cross-eyed from extreme far-sightedness. That is exactly what happened to Jack. She sent me a photo of him yesterday and OH MY GOSH, he is so darn cute!!!

Ever since I got my tonsils out, my throat hurts when I yawn. I figured it was totally normal for a while since it is stretching scar tissue. My ENT said it was normal when I went to see him a few months ago, but it seems like it should be gone by now. It’s it dumb that I never had throat pain until AFTER I got my tonsils out? Yeah, dumb.

Have a good weekend!topod.inпродвижение

Poots?! Ha! You’ll have to video him saying that. Nora picked up MiMi and GaGa for my parents from my sister’s kids. My kids call them grandma and granddaddy.

I love little kids in glasses, too. So sweet.

    Have a wonderful weekend.

    #1. Soooo darn appropriate too!
#6 Keep trying to yawn and stretch your throat so scar tissue doesn’t build up

I got glasses about that age also. I don’t think they made cute kids’ frames in the early 70s. At least not any I wore. Ever.
